Tech Automation strengthens its position after acquiring BP Eltavler
Vejle, 5 January 2026 – The owners of Tech Automation today announce the acquisition of BP Eltavler, a well-established Danish manufacturer of electrical switchboards.
The acquisition is a strategic step that expands Tech Automation’s capabilities and supports the company’s ambition to be an agile, value-adding partner for both internal and external partners.
“We are pleased to welcome BP Eltavler to Tech Automation,” says Jesper Juul, CEO of Tech Automation. “With the acquisition we strengthen our position on the Danish switchboard market and increase our ability to deliver flexible, value-adding solutions to our partners.”
The current owner and managing director of BP Eltavler, Jens Bro Pedersen, continues as a partner with a 20 % ownership stake. He will continue to run day-to-day operations in close cooperation with Production Manager Simon Nordhejm Funch and COO Carsten Lindegaard from Tech Automation.
“Together we will be able to create more value, flexibility and innovation for our partners,” adds Carsten Lindegaard.
BP Eltavler will continue under its own name, but becomes an integrated part of the Tech
Automation group.
