A job starts with a conversation. From there, the work follows a fixed structure: specification, design, approval, production, testing and handover — with documentation that comes with it. In every phase you know how things stand and when you will hear from us next.
The first step is a technical conversation about the job. We talk about what the plant needs to do, what is already in place and what the scope of the delivery should cover. From there we write the specification together with you — it is the basis for everything that follows.
Design is done in EPLAN, and before production starts you can approve the solution on 3D drawings and through virtual commissioning. If you want changes, we catch them here — where the correction is simply a change to a drawing, long before it would cost a rebuild in the workshop or on site.
During production we keep you updated on status, and the panel is tested in our own workshop before it leaves the building. You are welcome to take part in the factory acceptance test (FAT) in our dedicated test area.
Handover is documented. Electrical diagrams, test results and as-built documentation are delivered in a structured form, so they can be used directly for troubleshooting, modifications and extensions. After delivery, the service department is ready — the same people who built the plant, so you do not have to explain it from scratch.
Send us your project brief or give us a call. We'll reply with how we would approach the job — normally within 1 working day, with no obligation.
