The control system is tested against a 3D model of the plant before we go on site. Errors in signal checks and function logic are corrected in the program while the plant still exists only as a model.

We design in the electrical CAD system you want the documentation delivered in. As an EPLAN Certified Company we document to the standard, so you can carry on the work yourself when troubleshooting and extending the plant.

Electrical design, PLC and SCADA programming, machine integration and commissioning typically sit with separate suppliers, each with their own schedule. With us there is one person to call, whatever area the question concerns.
That means responsibility for the interfaces between the areas rests with us, so you can spend your time on operations instead of coordinating between suppliers.

You have access to the cost calculation and can see which components have been selected, and why. If a sizing does not suit your operation, it can be changed while it is still a decision on paper.
Component selection is open. If you have a standard in your production or a supplier agreement, we design to it.
