Your plant has to keep running — five years from now as well. We install and commission at your site, and our service department handles troubleshooting, maintenance and extensions after delivery.
We give you peace of mind in your working day with installation, commissioning and automation service, where the documentation is updated to match what was actually done.
Operation is the longest part of the delivery. Service-friendly panel layout, consistent labelling and as-built documentation are fixed at the design stage — and they are what determine how quickly a fault can be located and a component replaced.
Installation is carried out at your site, coordinated with the other trades on the job. Commissioning is done together with your technicians: signal check-through, I/O testing, tuning and handover. Adjustments made during commissioning are fed back into the documentation, so the as-built record matches the commissioned plant.
After delivery, the service department takes over. Troubleshooting starts in the documentation, where the drawing package, terminal lists and software structure are already known, so the technician works on the plant with the right basis from the very first visit. Our mobile technical assistance takes on jobs at your site — troubleshooting, repairs and minor modifications.
Maintenance is agreed according to the plant's needs: a service agreement or individual jobs.
For extensions and modifications, we reuse the drawing package. New components are designed into the existing documentation, the labelling follows the same standard, and the software is extended within the structure that is already running — so the plant can be built on, and your technicians will still recognise it after the modification.
Work on plants in operation is planned together with your production. Changeovers are split up so that downtime is kept short and placed where it disrupts the least — and the documentation is updated before the technician leaves the site.
Installation and automation service can be handled as separate, defined jobs, or we can take on overall responsibility for the plant after delivery. The documentation and the interfaces hold the delivery together, whichever split you choose.
Installation alone, service alone — or the whole operation with the department that knows the plant.
Mechanical and electrical installation at your site, coordinated with the other trades. We work from the drawing package for the panel and the control system and update it with decisions made on site. Commissioning is carried out as signal check-through, I/O testing and tuning together with your technicians, and the plant is handed over in operation with a documentation package that matches what was commissioned.
Our own service department, which knows the plant from the drawing package. Troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance and extensions — as a service agreement or individual jobs — plus mobile technical assistance at your site.
Four phases after delivery — and the documentation that is updated in each of them.
