Plants in operation around the clock
Fault rectification, rebuilds and extensions on utility plants require a drawing package that matches reality — and components that can be sourced when time is short. Both are part of the delivery with us.
Before we touch the plant, we go through the interfaces during design: power supply, controls and monitoring. The boards are assembled and tested in the workshop, and the work on the plant is scheduled in the windows your operations team designates.
We carry out the factory acceptance test (FAT) in the workshop to an agreed test plan — you are welcome to take part — and the documentation is handed over in a structure your own people can continue to work in.
We create security of supply with plants that are sized for the load, labelled unambiguously for troubleshooting — and a service department that turns up with the plant's own drawing package.
