We design, build and service control systems, panels and installations for production plants. The delivery is designed as one system, so rebuilds and extensions can be planned in the plant's service windows — and the documentation matches the plant that is actually running.
The plant sets the schedule
Most jobs in industry start in a plant that is already running. A line needs extending, a control system needs upgrading, a panel needs rebuilding, or the documentation needs bringing up to date before the next rebuild. The schedule is dictated by production — the work has to fit into planned stops and service windows.
That is why we design the rebuild before we touch the plant. The interfaces to the existing installation — power supply, controls, field I/O and SCADA — are mapped in the drawing package, the panel is built and tested in our own workshop, and the installation is planned together with your operations staff so the plant stands still for as short a time as possible.
Component selection is unrestricted, and that matters in operation. We size to the plant's requirements and choose components that your maintenance team can source and keep in stock.
We create uptime with plants that are easy to work on, because labelling, terminal lists and electrical diagrams are kept up to date under revision control — and because the service department knows the plant, having built it ourselves.

New control panels and rebuilds of existing ones. The panel is built and tested in our own workshop, and you are welcome to take part in the factory acceptance test (FAT).

Installation on plants in operation and service agreements with the department that built the panel and wrote the software.
The whole process covered by the same group
Automation, panels and specialists sit in three companies, each with its own discipline — and the same owners, the same documentation requirements and the same people on the phone. That means one schedule instead of three, one number to call when something needs adjusting, and interfaces between the areas that are ours to keep track of. You decide whether to place a single task with one company or the entire delivery with the group.
