The series must be able to run again
Orders in the wind industry come in series. The parts are large, the tolerances are tight, and the turbine manufacturer's specification also applies to the equipment you produce on. When the same part is back on the order book two years later, it has to come out of production with the same quality.
We programme and commission the equipment that keeps the pace: robot cells, handling systems, process equipment and measuring stations with data acquisition. The control system is tested virtually before it goes into production, so a rebuild can be placed in a planned stop instead of eating into production time.
We do the electrical design in EPLAN or in the system you already work in, so the documentation can be used by your own people the day after commissioning. Power distribution boards and control panels for the systems are built at Tech Eltavler.
We create repeatability in the production of wind components.

Automation of production equipment
PLC, robot, HMI and SCADA on new systems and on the equipment you already have on the floor. We programme in Siemens TIA Portal and integrate machines that were never originally designed to work together.
Installation, commissioning and service
Our own fitters for set-up and start-up, and a service department that knows the system afterwards. Rebuilds are planned into your production stops.
Electrical design and documentation
Diagrams, component lists and labelling in EPLAN — or in the system your department works in. You receive the documentation in a format you can edit yourself.
The whole process covered by the same group
Automation, panels and specialists sit in three companies, each with its own discipline — and the same owners, the same documentation requirements and the same people on the phone. That means one schedule instead of three, one number to call when something needs adjusting, and interfaces between the areas that are ours to keep track of. You decide whether to place a single task with one company or the entire delivery with the group.
