We are looking for a bookkeeper
Tech Automation is a family-owned Danish company specializing in the design and production of electrical panels for industry, construction and the public sector. We are busy and experiencing high demand, which has created a need to strengthen our administration with an experienced and responsible bookkeeper.
We have production and administration gathered in our facilities in both Denmark and Poland. The culture is informal, the collaboration close – and we take pride in high quality and good relations both internally and externally.
About the position
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented bookkeeper who can take responsibility for our daily financial processes and at the same time contribute to developing and optimizing our workflows. You will be part of an active community where good colleagues work closely together in a varied workday.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Daily bookkeeping and account reconciliation
- Managing creditors and debtors
- Billing and payments
- VAT and tax reporting
- Preparing month-end and year-end closing for the auditor
- Payroll administration and reimbursements
- Liquidity management and reporting to management
- Optimization of administrative and financial processes
- Preparation of material for financial statements in collaboration with the auditor
- Master data maintenance
- Ad hoc tasks within finance and administration
The position is basically 37 hours per week.
You will report directly to the CEO Jesper Juul.
About you
- Experience with all-round bookkeeping and accounting
- Structured, independent and detail-oriented
- Good IT skills – we work with Uniconta and Office 365
- Are curious and want to contribute to the development and improvement of processes
- Communicates effortlessly in Danish – and preferably English
As a person, you are good at working in a structured and independent way and you are used to working with deadlines. You are analytical, have a good overview and good IT skills – including Excel.
