About the position

As a department manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations in the panel shop. You’ll ensure that production runs efficiently, safely and with high quality, while motivating and developing the employees in the department. You will be an important part of everyday life in the workshop, where you create an overview, prioritize tasks and ensure good collaboration across projects and functions.

Your primary tasks

• Lead and coordinate employees in the panel shop
• Plan and prioritize tasks in collaboration with project managers
• Ensure quality, documentation and compliance with applicable standards
• Optimize workflows and production flow
• Participate in tendering and technical sparring
• Focus on occupational health and safety in daily work

We expect you to

• Have an electrical engineering background, for example as an electrician, automation technician or electrical installer
• Experienced in building electrical panels
• Have management experience or are ready to take the next step in your career
• Works in a structured way and is good at creating an overview
• Is a clear and motivating leader
• Focus on quality, improvement and collaboration
