Handlebar boards

Are you working on a machine project or a system where the control panel needs to integrate with a PLC program, the installation, and subsequent service? We build control panels in our own panel shop—and because we also handle the programming, installation, and servicing ourselves, we ensure that all interfaces are clearly defined before the panel leaves the shop.

Did you get sunburned over the summer?

Have you been under pressure to get your control panels delivered on time? Our panel workshop has capacity right now, and we’re doing everything we can to help you meet your deadline—built according to your specifications and tested before the panels leave the workshop.

Built according to your specifications—or ours

Some customers come in with completed electrical diagrams and a parts list. Others come in with a functional description and a timeline. Both are a good starting point.

If you have the documentation ready, we’ll build according to it and let you know if we see anything that needs to be clarified before production begins. If it’s missing, our electrical engineers will draw up the schematics: sizing, component selection, space requirements, and future service access. You approve the documentation before we begin construction.

The whiteboard, software, and installation are all interconnected

A control panel only works when the interfaces are consistent: I/O lists, communication with the PLC and SCADA, signal types, and power supply. Because we handle the programming, panel building, and installation in-house, any discrepancies are caught on the drawing board rather than on site—and the electrician can install the system directly according to the documentation during commissioning.

You can use our services for the whiteboard alone or for the full package, including software, installation, and setup. Our responsibility for ensuring that all components work together remains the same.

Testing and documentation are included with the panel

Each panel is tested in the workshop before it is shipped. You’ll receive the documentation: electrical diagrams, a parts list, and test results—updated to reflect the as-built condition whenever changes are made during the process. This means that troubleshooting and future modifications can be based on documented information rather than relying on memory.

Changes Along the Way and Serial Deliveries

Projects change. Components are removed, features are added, and schedules shift. We adjust the board, update the documentation, and report the implications so you can make an informed decision.

We manufacture in Denmark and Poland and can scale our capacity, whether you need a single panel for a single system or a series of panels for multiple identical machines.

Delivery once installation is complete

If the site is delayed, we’ll store the fully tested panels in our panel warehouse until you’re ready to receive them. That way, the panels are built and tested according to schedule—and delivered when the installation site is ready to receive them.

UL-certified panels for the North American market

If the machine is to be exported to North America, we build the control panel in accordance with UL requirements: component selection, documentation, and traceability. Involve us early in the process—that way, the requirements are incorporated into the design from the start, rather than having to be addressed later.

Post-Delivery Service

Our service department handles troubleshooting, retrofits, and expansions—even during operation—where we coordinate programming, the control panel workshop, and field technicians to ensure that the system is down for as little time as possible.

Get an assessment of your assignment

Do you have a control panel project you need to move forward with? Give me a call or send me what you have—a drawing, a parts list, or just a description of the project. I’ll get back to you with some clarification, and together we’ll figure out the best way to reach your goal.
